2. SHIPPING IN DENMARK AND ABROAD

Free shipping only valid in Denmark over DKK 500, -

* All orders ordered before 12:00 will be picked up the same day. All orders to the EU and other continents will be picked up by GLS / EuroBusiness.

5. WHEN WILL THE AMOUNT BE WITHDRAWN FROM THE CUSTOMER'S CARD?

When you purchase a product on bahestudio.com, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that the order will not be accepted until we have double-checked that the desired product is in stock. After this you will receive a final order on the shipment confirmation. This raises the money at the customer when the item is shipped.

 

 

6. HOW IS THE ITEM SHIPPED RETURNED? 

Products purchased on bahestudio.com can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If you want to return an item, tell us within 7 days of receiving the item and send an e-mail with the text "RETURN" and your order number to info.bahestudio@gmail.com and explain why.
The right of withdrawal cancels if you use the product in a way that obviously reduces the sales value significantly. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as when the item is received. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them and must therefore cover the return costs if the item is damaged. If the item is damaged or lost during shipment, you can be held liable. In this case, it is your own responsibility to document the return. Once the item has been received in good condition with us, your sum of money will be refunded to the buyer's account.
Shipping costs in connection with the return of goods are always borne by you as the buyer. If you want to exchange for another item, the new order / item will be sent to you free of charge.

For rejected or non-collected packages, a fee of 79, - will be charged

Note: We do NOT accept packages sent by post. COD or packages shipped without delivery.

 

 

7. DAMAGED PACKAGES

The goods are insured during transit and we ask you to check the contents of the package upon receipt. If the package and / or contents are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt so that we can recover the cost of the item.
In the event of damaged goods / complaints: Send us an email to hello@bahestudio.dk - you will then receive and link to the creation of a complaint.
BAHE STUDIO is responsible for items damaged during shipment. We will please replace the item or return cost for the item if it is no longer in stock. When we hear from you, we try to track your package. If there are no tracks within 14 days, we will ship a new package at no cost.

 

8. COMPLAINT

We hope everyone is satisfied - if not, please contact our customer service and send us an email to hello@bahestudio.dk. We strive to respond as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours. BAHE STUDIO acts in accordance with the guidelines and love established in the Danish Consumer Agency. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules who love to sell goods. You therefore also have a 2-year right to make a complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
